  • I ordered a digital product. But I don't see a download link after checkout. What am I missing?'

    An automated email will arrive after the order confirmation. It's commonly flagged as spam by mail services. Check your email client's spam folder. If the download hasn't arrived within an hour, contact us, and we'll manually send you a .zip file.


  • I want to order physical goods, but I don't live in the United States or Canada.

    Due to an increase in fraudulent international orders, we're currently limited to shipping physical goods to the United States and Canada only. If you live abroad and you want physical products, then contact us, and we'll manually process your order.
